I’m excited to be Northern Lights at
Home’s newest and only manager in Rochester, NY. Although my road
to managership has taken the scenic route, I have been with the company
almost 4 years; every step of the way has been enjoyable. I credit NLaH
for helping me realize a dream “I didn’t know I had.”
You see, I never planned on doing many parties; I just wanted to earn
enough to get my candles for FREE with party profits and my personal 30%
discount. However, along the way the company’s great training and
continued encouragement allowed me to give more parties a try and I really
had fun with it. I thought Id be happy on that road for years to come
enjoying monthly profits with an occasional extra 5% bonus. I cheered
others on as they became managers and won challenges and cash rewards.
Then I got my first recruit and with her a tiny flicker of, “Maybe
I can be a manager.” One recruit became 2 and then 3 and here I
am, a manager! Bolstered by wonderful co-presenters and a training and
management team second to none I look forward to the future of my new
team The Flickering Wicks. Now the only scenic route Ill take will be
on my way to parties looking for the next new star in our growing NLaH
family.
