"What a thrill for me the day our President asked me to head up this party plan division back in April of 2005. I believe so much in the home party plan business model. After spending a 20 year award-winning career in the party plan business, I became a motivational speaker to take the fabulous skills I learned in the party plan business and help spread that winner thinking everywhere.

Now I have the pleasure of helping to grow and build this marvelous company called Northern Lights at Home. After speaking at their February Conference in February of 2005, I was so impressed by the products I’d seen at their conference, that I came home and ordered $200 worth on the spot. I’d never done that with any company or event I’d done in over 1000 programs in 45 states.

I have the greatest respect for our President and I welcome the opportunity to help grow this company with him. More importantly, Andy and I are very mindful of the difference we can make it people’s lives. I learned to dramatically improve the course of history for my family by building my home party plan business from the ground up from 1972 to 1992. I love it still today. I will be forever grateful for what I learned and earned in this fabulous business. Parties are still fun and I am so thrilled and honored to play a role in developing today’s winners with Northern Lights at Home! I love winners and I believe with my whole heart that winning IS contagious!

In 1993, I wrote the book "Winning IS Contagious" which included 101 Practical Lessons to Help You Win at the Game of Life.
