What an exciting day it was when I received
a call from Jeannie Skiffington, VP, Sales Development, NLAH with the
wonderful news that I was being promoted to Unit Manager. Even though
it has always been one of my goals to reach this step, it has taken me
by SURPRISE at how quickly it has happened! I am a career woman at heart,
but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get into the Party
Plan Business. Now, I am so glad I did! That is where the money is at!
Thanks to my 3 young sons, who befriended bubbly, Jeri Corbran, (Manager
of Sparks Will Fly) at a drugstore during the Christmas Season, she surprised
them with a small toy for good behavior and a catalog for me! Hosting
a party, I was impressed with the products, Jeri’s presentation
skills, and most of all I was inspired by her ability to make $150+ in
90 minutes! Thank you Jeri, for coming to the rescue, that fabulous NLAH
catalog, and your unending confidence in me!
I honestly can report that I have a solid team base, and could not have
been promoted without the dedication, and perseverance of my recruits.
I am proud to recognize my Team “Coast2Coast Candles” and
its talented members as follows: Cindy Irish (Perrysburg, NY), Anne Mumm
(Henderson, NV), and Nichole Dabolt (Jametown, NY). These three women
are absolutely amazing, and I know that you will we see their names published
regularly in The Party Time News.
Thank you Jeannie for having faith in me and recognizing my leadership
ability. It is my immediate goal to spread the news on ‘The Steps
to Success” and the unlimited opportunities within Northern Lights
At Home Candles & Accessories, and to grow my Team from COAST2COAST!
